Cantaloupe can be a perfect hair conditioner, they contain vitamin A, a nutrient required for sebum production, which keeps hair moisturized and healthy all you need to do is mash a cup cantaloupe with a fork and massage your hair with this pulp after shampooing. Wash off after 10 minutes.

Because melons are so juicy, they’re great in smoothies. Throw chunks of cantaloupe into a blender with other fruit and whiz it up to make a delicious drink. For a refreshing summer smoothie, add a few ice cubes as well yoghurt to get that creamy taste
